2 medium sized sweet potatoes
2 T butter, melted
1 t chili powder
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/4 t salt
1/8 t cayenne pepper
Heat oven to 425. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Place melted butter into bowl and add sweet potatoes. Toss to coat. Mix together, then add to sweet potatoes and butter, chili powder, cheese, salt and cayenne. Toss well to coat sweet potatoes, arrange in single layer on 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning potatoes once, until golden brown. About 4 servings
